Miner – Outdoor Laborer

 

L.G. Everist, Inc., founded in 1876 produces and supplies sand, gravel and quarried stone throughout the Midwest region of the United States.  We are seeking individuals to help operate a rock crushing quarry.

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Primary job will be hand pitching on wall stone, lining blocks, and stacking on pallets.

Training will be provided.

Jasper Stone

Jasper, MN

 

EDUCATION

 

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

 

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Hand pitching on wall stone, lining blocks, and stacking on pallets.
2. Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
3. Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds
4. Display good communication skills including the ability to understand and follow verbal and written direction and instructions.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Good work attendance.
7. Work extended hours to meet business demands.

 

SCHEDULE

 

Full-time Monday thru Saturday
